While there are plenty of single home workouts floating around, a structured plan can help to save time, keep you exercising regularly and make a bigger difference to your fitness. That’s why we’ve got two home workout plans specially curated by our Fitness Experts at FITBONG

YOGA

Yoga is an effective way to maximize the joy of living in a fit and healthy body. Regular practice of yoga can give more flexibility, more stability and give your body good balance and strength. At Fitbong, we conduct Yoga Sessions at regular intervals

PEP TALK

We are carrying out pep talk sessions at every definite interval of time. If you are having any trouble during any session, you have some doubts regarding your diet plans, or facing any issue related to nutrition, you can share your views with us. We are guiding you in every aspect. We help you to know the benefits and all the necessary things in our fitness world

We have various batches of live sessions for home workouts. The total number of batches for a day is five batches. Our workout session is going to be live from Monday to Friday at different time intervals. You can join your live session or choose your batch according to your suitability. The timing of the total number of batches is 6:15; 7:30; 8:30; 11:45 morning batches and a 5 pm evening batch.

We are trying to make your weekends more exciting and energetic by adding a flavor of some Bollywood dancing and stretching in it. Saturday is our full-body stretching day which is from 7-8 AM. One hour of stretching with some fun. Sunday is our dance dhamaka day. There will be no day that stops you from being fit and healthy. Every day will be a workout day in their sense.

In the workout session, we offer you various services which help you to get desirable results. We give you bodyweight workouts that help you to control your body weight under normal conditions. Our sessions also include HIIT and Cardio workouts for your whole body consideration. Other exciting activities like Zumba, yoga, stretching, and dancing help to build your interest and encourage your consistency.

We facilitate pep talk sessions after the workout. Post-workout queries or any kind of difficulties you are facing will be solved. Day-to-day topics like health importance, protein working, energy synthesis, skincare, and all pampering sessions.

Health talk sessions availability with the top professional doctors and pediatricians all over India. You can share your health-related queries and problems with professionals. Discussion on the problems like PCOO/PCOS, Body joint issues, Blood pressure problems, diabetes, or skin-related problems. Other problems and deficiencies are also discussed in these sessions.

Nutrition guidance facilitation. Nutrition quantity, supplements importance, a dietary plan including all the eating regime.
